Online ICSE English Tutoring for Students Across India
ICSE English
ICSE English is examined across two papers, each testing a different set of skills. Paper 1
covers language — composition, comprehension, and grammar. Paper 2 covers literature, where
students are expected to read prescribed texts closely and write answers that demonstrate
specific understanding of character, theme, and language. A student who treats both papers as an
extension of general reading and writing ability will find the board's expectations harder to
meet than anticipated.
